As the president of CDL Labor Logistics, my goal is simple. Hire the highest quality people and provide them with the greatest opportunity to be successful. In so doing, we make our people successful, our customers successful and our company successful.

I began working in the transportation industry in 1982. Starting from the ground floor of the operation, I was employed by various LTL transportation providers across Central PA. Shortly thereafter, ABF Freight System Inc. provided me with an opportunity to develop my skills in sales and management.

In 1995 I left ABF to open Performance Freight Systems Inc. in order to make my mark on the industry I had served for over 12 years. Over the next seven years I owned and managed a 50 power unit regional truckload operation based out of York, PA. I learned over the course of my career that the most difficult aspect of our business was acquiring quality drivers. It became clear that this was where my greatest expertise would be recognized.

In 2003, I sold Performance Freight in order to start CDL Labor Logistics. Over the years my son and daughter have come to work with me.  Now my family and I proudly supply top performing CDL drivers around the United States to top teir carriers and fleets.
